Our Information Quality and Security Policy establishes the principles through which Plusnet Solutions is oriented to satisfy the needs and expectations of our Clients.
On the other hand, and due to our activity, at Plusnet we know that information is an asset with high value for our organization and therefore requires adequate protection and management in order to give continuity to our line of business and minimize the possible damages caused by failures in Information Security, mainly those related to availability, integrity and confidentiality.
The Basic Principles of our Quality Policy are:

- Encourage the motivation and involvement of the staff and guarantee the adequate training of the staff for the development of their activity, and the possibility of carrying out their personal capacities.
- Establish Information Quality and Security Objectives and guarantee their compliance through their inclusion in the Company’s Annual Strategic Plan.
- Promote alliances and collaborations with Clients and Suppliers in the area of Quality and Information Security.
- Provide the necessary means for the application of the Management System in accordance with the specifications established by the ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 27001: 2013 Standards.
- Select suppliers and subcontractors based on quality and SI criteria.
- Ensure business continuity by developing continuity plans in accordance with recognized methodologies.
- Perform and periodically review a risk analysis based on recognized methods that allow us to establish the level of information security and minimize risks through the development of specific policies, technical solutions and contractual agreements with specialized organizations.
- Comply with the commitment of Information to interested parties.
The Information Quality and Security Policy is, together with our strategic positioning, the way to guarantee the growth and consolidation of our Organization, therefore, the General Management of Plusnet is committed to promoting, helping and facilitating all those actions aimed at achieving the established Information Quality and Security Objectives and providing all the necessary resources.
