Yesterday, on April 18th, the Experience Avaya Spain 2023 event was held in Madrid, where we sponsored it as a technological partner of Avaya. Our General Manager, Ricardo Navarro, had the opportunity to participate in a roundtable discussion with other professionals in the sector, where they discussed new CX trends focused on transformation and innovation for the Contact Center. Specifically, we talked about Automation and Conversational AI.
During the event, we also had the pleasure of having experts from other technology companies such as Julio Hidalgo, Google Contact Center AI Business Developer, who gave us a real class about artificial intelligence and everything we can expect from this trend. In addition, he shared different ways in which Avaya integrates with Google’s cloud tools, such as Dialogflow.
We also learned about how the integration of Metaverse and ChatGPT with Avaya can take the customer experience to the next level thanks to the teachings of Jesus Rodriguez, Carlos Garcia Duran, and Eva Hachero. Making these innovative integrations simple, effortless, and independent of the manufacturer is the kind of project we love to carry out at Plusnet.
To conclude the event, we enjoyed an inspiring speech by José Luis Abajo, “Pirri” – the first fencing medalist in Spain at the Olympic Games – who spoke about the importance of preparation, decision-making, and how changes in strategy are sometimes necessary and key to success. It was undoubtedly the perfect end to the day!
In summary, Experience Avaya Spain 2023 was an exciting and enriching event where we were able to discuss and learn about the latest trends and technologies in the field of customer experience, and how they can be applied to improve user satisfaction and increase Contact Center efficiency.
