At this event, organized on March 16 by our technology partner Genesys, we were able to learn more about the benefits of technology to improve customer and employee loyalty and satisfaction.
The impact of innovation in customer service management was the focus of the Genesys event, where Plusnet Solutions participated as Gold Sponsors, along with other Contact Centers and Customer Experience services providers.
During the event, held at Espacio Ventas in Madrid, we began with a welcome coffee and met with other customer experience experts and professionals seeking to take their customer and employee experience strategy to the next level. After the greetings at the beginning, the presentations began with the actor Alex O’Dogherty and the welcome by Luis Miguel Domínguez, Country Manager Iberia at Genesys.
At the congress, we were able to learn and share knowledge reviewing how technology impacts to improve customer and employee loyalty and satisfaction. As well as recognizing how the disruptive technologies like Artificial Intelligence, and digital channel optimization tools are used to improve service automation and customer service. We also review about how companies can take advantage of these tools to create interactions personalized and attractive to customers.
According to a study conducted by Genesys, 80% of consumers say they will recommend and buy more, and more often, from companies that personalize their interactions with customers.
