Today we’ve been at Nuance Partner eXperience Forum, an annual event organized by Nuance for its network of partners. This year, it was at the Casino de Madrid, in Spain.
During the event, we learn out about the upcoming advances in which we will take part, hand in hand with Nuance and Microsoft solutions, with a great view to the future of customer and employee relations in Contact Center.
The day began with the news of the Nuance Global Partner Program, and some other interesting presentations, and an entertaining round table, focused on the uses of Nuance and Microsoft solutions focused on promoting Customer Experience in all types of organizations, through conversational Artificial Intelligence.
