On November 24th, we celebrated our eagerly awaited annual reunion party, an event that has become a cherished tradition for all the employees of Plusnet Solutions. And we always have a great time!
After a year of hard work, we come together on this special day to celebrate another year and to get to know the new additions who have joined the team in the past year. This moment always gives us the opportunity to welcome them and make them feel part of the Plusnet family from the start.
This event is a perfect excuse to place a higher value on cohesion among the teams. After all, with remote work, many of us work in different communities and don’t cross paths too often throughout the year. So, this annual party is a soothing balm that renews friendships and bonds among all the people who make up Plusnet. We always end up missing each other, even though we have video conferences throughout the year!
Although we still feel the fatigue from all the dancing during the party, I can’t finish this post without telling you everything that happened that day: It started with greetings, hugs, and introductions of new people, followed by a delicious meal provided by a catering service, complete with a culinary demonstration of one of their dishes.
The atmosphere livened up as the evening progressed with drinks, music, and great conversations, facilitating the sharing of many work anecdotes and experiences, reminiscing about last year’s party, and discussing everything we had accomplished during this year at Plusnet. Then, the DJ started playing music, and we discovered the secret dancing talents of some individuals during this disco moment.
We can’t thank enough all the people who joined the event, and we are already eagerly looking forward to next year’s party!
