We are delighted to share the achievements and positive impact we made in September during our dedicated “Heart Month,” celebrated as part of our commitment and firm belief in making a difference in the world around us. This month, we joined the red wave that, on World Heart Day, commits to supporting the Menudos Corazones Foundation.
A Month Full of Meaningful Steps
Our central initiative involved a team-based social challenge, urging our people to take real steps in support of children with congenital heart conditions and their families. The participation in the challenge excited us from day one, with five dedicated teams working towards a collective goal of 400,000 steps. Thanks to their effort, we are proud to announce that we not only reached but surpassed the set target.
This achievement not only reflects Plusnet’s commitment to the cause but also to personal health, dedicating it in this case to real support for families facing immense challenges.
As promised, for each team that successfully completed the challenge, Plusnet will make a donation to the Menudos Corazones Foundation to help cover accommodation costs for families who need to relocate and be close to the hospital while their children receive treatment.
