This weekend we have joined more than 5,700 people to run through the streets of Madrid in the Liberty Race for Inclusion.
We have put on the shoes and the yellow shirt of the race to join the tide of this color, which united both Olympic and Paralympic athletes together with amateur athletes like us, whose objective is to raise awareness about inclusion.
In its 10-kilometer route, we have been able to forget about the effort (at least a little) as we pass by such emblematic areas of the Madrid capital as the Puerta de Alcalá, the Plaza de Cibeles, the Plaza de Colón or the Santiago Bernabéu stadium.
We finished the race with a smile and the satisfaction of having been able to contribute to the fundraising, which goes to the Liberty Team of Promising Young Paralympics in Athletics, and which guarantees that any young person, regardless of their disability, can compete and develop in the world of sport in our country.
The beers and the appetizer afterwards was the icing on the cake ?
