Regarding communication, both internal and external, all decisions made in this regard will be communicated, and an image of the company consistent with this principle of equal opportunities between women and men will be projected.

The principles outlined will be put into practice through the promotion of equality measures or through the implementation of an Equality Plan that involves improvements compared to the current situation, with the corresponding monitoring systems being established, with the aim of advancing in the achievement of real equality between women and men in the company and, by extension, in society as a whole.
